Shipping & Return Policy Frontier Dental Supply Return Policy: We gladly accept products for exchange or credit within 30 days of the invoice date. If the return was a result of a customer error, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If the error was made on our part, we will waive the return shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, your return is subject to both a shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns beyond 3 months of the invoice date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, resalable and in the same condition that you received them. All items must be in the original packaging without any damage or markings and the seal must be unbroken. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: * Discontinued or Expired Items * Clearance Items * PPE products * Special order items. * Any item not in its original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the product(s) you would like to return. Please include a copy of your invoice. We will schedule a pick-up with a courier and send you a Return for Credit Document (RMA) to include in the box. We will not accept the return without the RMA. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Credits (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to account. Clearance items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) When you are calling in to receive your FedEx return label to initiate the return, you may place your order for the replacement products at this time. This is considered a new order and will be billed as such. We will ship the new order with the waybill for the returning items. Once the items have been returned and accepted, we will credit your account. Expiration date guarantee We guarantee our products have an expiration date of at least 6 months. Shipping Orders placed before 2pm EST are typically delivered within 1-2 business days in Ontario & Quebec, and 2-3 business days to the rest of Canada. Shipping is free on ALL orders over $250!
